Keep motivation high while people around the world cheer you on as they power through the challenge with you! Create lifelong healthy habits and see real changes by committing to exercise and nutrition throughout the entire challenge.

SWEAT ENRGY includes various programs to follow based on your personal goals. Whether you are looking to gain muscle or lose weight, there is a program designed to help you navigate the process. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. Following a workout program and tracking progress is a great way to see real results.

Press play and exercise alongside Certified Personal Trainer, Margaret Cresta. She’ll take you from warm up to cool down in 30 minutes. Choose between various cardio, full body, lower body, and upper body workouts that leave you feeling invigorated.

SWEAT ENRGY offers calorie counted meals to help you plan healthy meals for the week. These meals plans are made for inspiration purposes and should be modified to reach your calorie needs. Use the macro calculator to help you determine how many calories you personally need to reach your goals.
